1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Berenice IT Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide IT services including, but not limited to, web development, system integration, consulting, and data analysis. The scope and terms of specific services will be outlined in individual agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during engagements
• Ensure timely feedback and approvals
• Respect intellectual property and licensing agreements

4. Payment Terms

All projects require a signed agreement. Payment schedules and terms are defined per project. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and code developed by Berenice IT Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with written notice. In such cases, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Berenice IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or system failures.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
